POST MALONE
Sydney-based streetwear designer Roman Jody of ‘Jody Just’ is gaining traction on the fashion circuit for his eclectic, unique designs that present an “exploration of personal identity and sub-cultural reflection through design and art”. From hoodies, T-shirts, jeans and moreâwhich all come embellished with Jody’s signature designsâJody Just has become a hit with club kids and metalheads alike… as well as high-profile celebrities. Take Post Malone, for example. Back in 2019, the American rapper commissioned Jody to design a blank jumpsuit to wear on his Australian tour. Since then, the Sydney artist has designed other pieces for Malone, including the custom âJesus Was A Cowboy, Hatâ you see before you.

THE ROCK
Ok, so we know that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is partial to a trusty tank topâwith guns like those, we don’t blame the guy! But during a press tour for Black Adam in 2022, the Hollywood action star was seen repping a very stylish, muted green (almost pistachio-like) linen tank top that could only be from one designer: Venroy. While the premium Australian leisurewear label is skewed towards those seeking an “ineffable sense of freedom that comes with travel”âand potentially not those who perform daredevil stunts for a livingâJohnson looks effortlessly cool in his Venroy getup.

BRIAN COX
Brian Cox is evidently nothing like his character, media mogul Logan Roy, in the award-winning drama Successionâbut rather, he’s a man of the people. While there were no expletives involved at a recent SAG-AFTRA strike in London, the veteran actor was seen supporting the movement for writers, actors, and crew looking effortlessly stylish in a camel chore jacket. The garment Cox wears is, in fact, designed by Melbourne-based menswear label Christian Kimber, a brand that Cox has supported before.

BILL NIGHY
Last year, legendary British actor Bill Nighy was spotted wearing a dashing suiting ensemble by none other than Australian tailor, P.Johnson. The sophisticated actor of Love Actually fame was seen wearing a midnight navy kit paired back with a lemon yellow shirt whilst touring his film, Living. But when questioned on who and what he was wearing, this is what the 73-year-old had to say about everybody’s favourite Aussie haberdasher: âP. Johnson, they are in Sydney. Half the price of Savile Row. They work with an algorithm. Donât ask me to explain what it is⌠but itâs excellent.â
