Guests arrived at the lavish beach-side home/resort in an assortment of luxury cars, helicopters and boats — a scene not too dissimilar to the parties portrayed in Martin Scorsese’s Wolf of Wall Street.
Since 2021, the ‘Fanatics’ CEO and self-made billionaire has been hosting the star-studded, extravagant white party that every big-name celebrity seems to attend.

Who is Michael Rubin?
Founder and CEO of online sports merchandise retailer, ‘Fanatics’, Rubin formed the company in 2011 after selling another company to eBay for a reported USD$2.4 billion. Today, Fanatics is one of the leading companies in sports licensing, with a reported value of USD$31 billion according to a Bloomberg News report.
As for Rubin’s worth, Forbes estimates the 50-year old to have a net worth of over USD$11 billion.
Who attended Rubin’s White Party?
Really, who didn’t attend the annual White Party is the question! Arriving in style at USD$50 million beachside property included Jay Z and Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, J-Lo and Ben Affleck, Leonardo Di Caprio, Tom Brady, Kylian Mbappé, Emily Ratajkowski, Travis Scott, Justin and Harley Bieber and more.
As seen in Rubin’s video above, some of the guests in attendance gave impromptu performances, from Usher and Ne-Yo to Jack Harlow and Travis Scott. The party reportedly started at 5pm and didn’t finish until 4am in the morning.
“One of the things I love doing is putting great people together,” said Rubin via Insider back in 2021.
