Stephen Graham wears a flex-worthy Rolex as he wins two Emmys
The 'Adolescence' actor takes home two Emmys while wearing a Rolex grail

STEPHEN GRAHAM doesn’t method dress. In fact, the Brit has no time for it. As he took home two Emmys today for his leading role in a limited series and co-writing for Adolescence, where he plays a blue-collar father, the 52-year-old did so with a holy grail Rolex strapped to his wrist.
A first-time winner, Graham wore a black suit with a black shirt, its two buttons undone, to attend the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. (Scratch that, the muscle-guy-tailored look is so This is England of him.) On his wrists: beaded bracelets and his very own Rolex Cosmograph Daytona ref. 116520.
As he ascended the stage to accept his second statuette, Graham remarked that the win “doesn’t normally happen to a kid like me, I’m just a mixed-race kid from a block of flats in a place called Kirkby. So, for me, to be here today in front of my peers and to be acknowledged by you is the most humbling thing I can imagine in my life. Any dream is possible.”

Back to the timepiece, Graham’s particular model was first released in 2000; it’s unclear whether he had it for that long, but if so, we have an underrated watch guy on our hands. Made of stainless steel, it features a 4130 movement, meaning it offers 72 hours of power reserve, contrasting sub-dials in grey and a neat polished bezel.
Counting other watch guys in the entertainment industry, the Daytona shows up in almost every collection. Think Ed Sheeran, Mark Wahlberg, John Mayer. With its racing heritage and association with the driver-slash-movie director Paul Newman, those kinds of narratives are instant watch guy bait.

As for what’s next for Graham, we’ll be seeing him soon in Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere alongside Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong, the latter of whom has an affliction for Richard Mille. Maybe the Succession actor rubbed off on Graham.
